Ali Vitija has over 17 years of active experience as a union representative, advocating for workers’ interests at both national and international levels. Throughout his career, he has contributed to drafting laws and administrative guidelines and has participated in working groups focused on developing policies and strategies for protecting workers’ rights.

He has extensive training and knowledge in management, economics, and labor rights protection. Ali holds a master’s degree in Management, as well as a degree in Economics and Informatics. He has also attended numerous seminars and working groups, where he has contributed to the development of regulations and policies aimed at improving working conditions and safeguarding workers’ rights.

As a board member of KPST, Ali is committed to utilizing his expertise and experience to ensure a sustainable and secure future for contributors by managing funds and developing necessary regulations to protect workers’ interests.
