Next notice on the 10% issue

The Trust is awaiting the approval of legal changes in the Assembly of Kosovo that would enable contributors to apply for a 10% withdrawal.

So far, the Assembly has not discussed amending the Law on Pension Funds in Kosovo.  We remind here that even if the legal changes are approved by the Assembly, the Trust is obliged to wait for the law to enter into force (signing of the law by the President and publication in the Official Gazette).

The Trust is currently working on the preparation of the infrastructure that would enable the realization of the online application for the withdrawal of 10%.  Contributors will be notified in a timely manner of all details and the commencement of this process.
