Notice of approval of the draft law allowing the withdrawal of 10%
Dear contributors,
The Assembly of Kosovo has approved today the draft law that allows the withdrawal of 10% of pension savings from the Trust.
However, we are OBLIGED to wait for this draft law to be signed by the President of the country and published in the Official Gazette to allow its application thereafter. We believe that this process will not take much time but it does not depend on the Trust.
As soon as the law enters into force, the Trust will announce the webpage where individuals can apply for 10% and we will provide the details for application.
We want to reiterate that after the law enters into force, all interested contributors should keep in mind that:
- The application for withdrawal of 10% will be done only through the internet(there will be a separate webpage, which we will make public as soon as the law enters into force) and not in person in the Trust office.
- Withdrawal the application can be filed by any contributor that has assets in the Trust.
- Application can only be made with active personal bank accounts in Kosovo (not with family accounts of a family member or anyone else).
- Application with a bank account outside Kosovo cannot be done.
- Application with business bank account cannot be done.
