Decisions of the Investment Committee on April 28, 2025

In accordance with Article 5 and based on Article 9, paragraphs 9.1 and 9.6 of Law No. 04/L-101, amended and supplemented by Law 04/L-115, Law 04/L-168, Law 05/L-116, and Law 07/L-016, as well as in accordance with Article 13, Article 33, and paragraph 1 of Article 41 of the Statute of KPST, and with the Statement of Investment Principles, the Investment Committee of the KPST’s Governing Board, on April 28, 2025, made the following decisions:

1. In the Standard Portfolio, investments shall be made as follows:
a) €42 million in Allianz Dynamic Multi-Asset 75 (ISIN: LU2093606593).
b) €62 million in BlackRock Global Allocation Fund (ISIN: LU1653088838).
c) €82.5 million in JPMorgan Global Select Equity (ISIN: LU2552654589).
d) €26 million in BNP Paribas HealthCare Innovators (ISIN: LU0823417067).

2. In the Standard Portfolio, withdrawals shall be made as follows:
a) €86.5 million from Nordea Stable Return (ISIN: LU0539147214).

3. In the Intermediate Portfolio, investments shall be made as follows:
a) €4.4 million in Allianz Dynamic Multi-Asset 75 (ISIN: LU2093606593).
b) €6.5 million in BlackRock Global Allocation Fund (ISIN: LU1653088838).
c) €16 million in JPMorgan Global Select Equity (ISIN: LU2552654589).
d) €4 million in BNP Paribas HealthCare Innovators (ISIN: LU0823417067).

4. In the Intermediate Portfolio, withdrawals shall be made as follows:
a) €8 million from Nordea Stable Return (ISIN: LU0539147214).

5. The investments shall be financed from free funds at the CBK and from the Amundi Euro Liquidity fund.
