Governing Board decisions on investments on 13 December 2022

The Governing Board of the Kosovo Pension Savings Trust, based on the recommendations of the Investment Committee, on 13th December 2022 decided as follows:

1. To invest:

• €30m in EU Breakeven ETF (LU1390062245);
• €15m in Global X US Infrastructure ETF (US37954Y6730);
• €15m in iShares US Infrastructure ETF (US46435U7138);
• €30m in Wisdom Tree Industrial Metals ETF (GB00B15KYG56); and
• €30m in SPDR MSCI Europe Energy ETF (IE00BKWQ0F09).

2. To redeem fully (with option to come back):

• T Rowe Price Global Tech (LU1244139827);
• Goldman Sachs Millennials (LU1820776075);
• AXA Digital Economy (LU1694772994);
• Amundi Disruptive (LU1530899811);
• GlobalX Cybersecurity ETF (US37954Y3844).

 3. To place the following term deposits with local banks:

• BpB €7.0m @2.30 1 vit;
• BKT €10.0m @2.50 1 vit;
• BEK €14.5m @2.80 2 vjet;
• PCB €20.0m @2.70 2 vjet;
• NLB €12.0m @2.50 1 vit.

4. To finance the investments will redeem €45.7m from Amundi Liquidity Fund (FR0007038138).
