Governing Board decisions on investments on 25 March 2024

The Governing Board of the Kosovo Pension Savings Trust, according to the responsibilities arising from the legislation in force, on 25 March 2024 took the following decisions regarding pension assets:

i) To completely withdraw investments from the funds:

1. Wisdom Tree Industrials Metals ETC (with ISIN: GB00B15KYG56).
2. iShares Global Mining Stocks ETF (with ISIN: US46434G8481).
3. Invesco KBW US Banks ETF (with ISIN: US46138E6288).
4. Lyxor Eurostoxx Banks ETF (with ISIN: LU1829219390).
5. Wisdom Tree Gold ETC (with ISIN: JE00B8DFY052).

ii) To invest the funds as follows:

1. 40 million euros in the Amundi EU Quality ETF fund (with ISIN: LU1681041890).
2. 35 million euros in the Schroder Sustainable Growth fund (with ISIN: LU2305367323)
3. After the creation of the Schroder Sustainable Growth EUR hedged fund, another 40 million euros should be invested in that fund.
