Arsim Bruçaj has over 22 years of experience in the banking, finance, and consulting sectors, building a successful career in leadership and managerial roles. He began his career at ProCredit Bank and later served as a consultant for international organizations and local institutions in Kosovo, focusing on strategy, management, and economic development.

Currently, Arsim holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Swinto Sh.A., a licensed fintech for electronic money, and serves as Chairman of the Board at Virtus Lending Sh.P.K. in Kosovo and Virtus Lending Sh.A. in Albania.

Arsim possesses extensive knowledge of financial markets, investments, and risk management. Additionally, he is a certified arbitrator at the Permanent Court of Arbitration of Kosovo.

Arsim holds an MSc in Economics for Business Analysis from Staffordshire University and has studied Finance and Investments at UCLA. His extensive experience and ability to combine strategic insights with a practical approach make him a valuable contributor to the Governing Board of KPST.
