Government of Kosovo with a decision about withdrawal of 10%

Government of the Republic of Kosovo in its meeting held on 8th of June 2021 has decided to begin preparations for the reimbursement of contributors who have withdrawn 10% from the Kosovo Pension Savings Fund – as part of the Law on Economic Recovery. The total amount calculated for reimbursement is 101,772,416 Euro for 372,650 beneficiaries, who meet the condition set out in the Law No. 07 / L-016, Article 5, paragraph 1.

According to the content of the decision No. 17/15 and of the Law No. 07 / L-016, the refund will commence from year 2023.
